15 INCH WINE REFRIGERATOR

This is just one of many bull moose that I have seen thus far. He gave me quite the show one morning when I first saw him crossing the river. A short time later he started to cross another channel, stopped, stood and turned back. A while later I saw him crossing the river again, only this time I was on the other side of it and about an hour had passed - turned out that there was another bull close to where he crossed. An hour or so after that I was under my tree and shooting the Oxbow when there he was, running along the shore and then he crossed the river again. Before I left he crossed another channel. I left for a long drive and about an hour or more later I found him running alongside the highway, as in this shot, crossed the road and then went up the creek. A short time later he was hit and killed by a car. I almost cried.

Woke up to cruddy weather and more water in the trailer than I originally thought was coming in but if nothing else, I am resourceful. Just happened to have a brand new tarp large enough to cover the trailer stored in the cubby so got it out, along with the ever useful bungees and covered the trailers top at a slant so that the fridge could still vent. Then I packed up the laundry and went to the Teton RV park, not far outside of the the national park, for a shower and clean clothes. I am standing in the laundry now, waiting for the clothes to dry - they are taking forever. My AT&T phone has no signal but my Verizon wireless card is working great. I spent about 30 minutes in the shower and then, get this, ended up plucking, trimming bangs and doing those things that most women do all of the time. Well, there was great light in the bathroom and I could see. Met another photographer who is volunteering at the store in exchange for free RV space and she spends her winters in Zion, which is where I am thinking about going. So, got the name of her RV park and she said she needs a hiking partner so maybe that is where I am headed.

Okay, people coming in to do laundry and my clothes are nearly dry. It is snowing like crazy right now so suspect that I will head to the trailer and bundle up.
